Cuvée de prestige ultra sélective qui est le résultat d'une sélection très stricte des olives Aglandau. En séchant les olives le mistral - vent frais du nord - va diminuer l'amertume et accentuer les arômes de l'huile d'olive. La courbe des arôme atteint son maximum.

L'huile d'olive Bouteillan se caractérise par des arômes puissants très fruités, herbacés en nez. Son nez puissant offre des fragrances harmonieuses. Les spécialistes lui trouvent des arômes de poire et de pomme en bouche, un léger goût de banane et de fruits exotiques.
