Payments are processed by CREDIT DU NORD whose head office is located at 28, place Rihour - 59800 Lille.

We do not possess or store your bank details at any time - they are directly transferred in encrypted format to our bank.

To limit fraud and identity theft, credit card payments require two factor authentication (3D Secure). Your date of birth or a security code (sent by SMS) will be required to validate your payment.

Check that you are in secure mode when entering your credit card number.

A transaction is secure when a closed padlock appears at the bottom of your browser (or next to the site address) and when the site address "http: //" becomes "https: //". The "S" following the "http" indicates that your information will be encrypted before being sent to the payment provider.

Paypal payments, with or without a Paypal account

You can settle your order with your Paypal account.

Paypal will also allow you to settle your order by credit card, without having to open a Paypal account. Choose this payment type if your credit card is not compatible with two factor authentication (3D Secure).

Shipping costs & delivery times

The delivery time frame indicated below is calculated from the moment the package leaves our premises. All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of payment, on business days only; orders placed on Fridays will therefore not be shipped until the following Monday or Tuesday

We would like to remind you that Espérantine, being an artisanal confectionery, might require an additional delay of one or two days in the case in which regular daily production proves insufficient to cover your order.

Once paid, the order is final and cannot be canceled.

The shipping costs include postage as well as preparation costs related to your order.
