Just like Francesco Martorana, creator of l'Espérantine and flavour-designer, all of our team-members have been plunged since childhood in the reality of the "Cretan diet", more commonly known as the "Mediterranean diet", where olive oil, fruits and vegetables are foundational.
Indeed, the origins of each and every one of us testify to this: Sicily, Spain, Tunisia, Corsica….
Our business philosophy is divided into three main ideas:
- To account for health and nutrition principles in our flavour tests, based on first-choice superior-quality ingredients. Our production process is of guaranteed artisan quality, and nutritional virtue and digestibility are foundational concerns.
To use biological-grade extra virgin olive oil in each of our creations so as to eliminate all animal fat, optimize the assembly process with regard to flavours and guarantee excellent conservation.
- To ensure the direct sales of our product to consumers through our own commercial team, be it via the internet, throughout our stores or on-site during the hundred or so gastronomy tradeshows all over France
The choice to go down the route of direct sales, with no intermediaries, has led to the formation of a unique sales team with in-depth knowledge on the fundamentals of health and nutrition.
In addition, during in-house training staff awareness is heightened as to the quality imperatives of customer welcome, service and focus.
Finally, team-spirit is guarded and maintained by a strict recruitment process prioritizing the moral standards of candidates.
